Cancellation policy

To provide as much flexibility as possible for your stay at Arosaski, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Full Refund: A cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount.

• Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 29 and 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount for all booked nights.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded—the full amount for all booked nights will remain due.

• Special Provision: Guests may receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and the check-in date is still at least 14 days away.
